Studio Policies

* A signed model release is required for every session. This protects you as the client and me as the photographer.

* Camera’s, cell phones and camcorders are not permitted during any session, in studio or on location.

* If you need to reschedule at any time, please contact me right away. Your deposit is non-refundable but I will reschedule once at your request. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you must re-schedule. If there is no phone call or you are a no show, there will be a $75 fee charge to re-schedule.

* If we need to reschedule due to bad weather we will reschedule the session as close to the original date as possible.

* For all orders, payment is due in full at time or order. After 90 days after your session, I have the right to discard images not ordered from your session. All images ordered will be archived for 2 years and re-prints can be ordered at any time with a minimum order amount of $ 50.

* All orders are final and cannot be changed or refunded for any reason due to the custom nature of the products.

* All prices are subject to tax.

* Please handle your prints with care. Any damage to a print that has left the studio, is the responsibility of the client and there will be a fee to replace it.

* I will call you when your order is ready and orders need to be picked up at the studio.

* When you receive watermarked web-ready images please keep the watermark intact & keep in mind, no alteration of photos is allowed.

* A travel fee for sessions outside of Wichita will be added to the cost at the time of booking.

* By booking your session and placing an order with Orange Sun Studio you agree to the studio policies above as well as the terms & conditions as laid out on orangesunstudio.com.
